Join Peyton Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:45a.m. at Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga Virginia Beach for a low impact multidisciplinary fitness class, in a chair! We will utilize weights, thera-bands and yoga for an all over body workout. This class is aerobic, yogic and fun! Designed for all body’s.
