The gradual yogi is a program designed to meet your child where they currently are in life. Through the practice of yoga, your child will learn to self-soothe, relax, and release things that do not serve them. Yoga teaches them how to identify what's going on inside, encourages them to breath through it, and then release what they hold. The time spend on the inner self is the most important work of one's life.

Keep an eye on our schedule for monthly family classes - bring the whole family and enjoy a supportive practice together where we move, breathe, laugh, and love!
